We want you to love your Scrubly. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

Email us at support@scrubly.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your Scrubly arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
